Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered successfully.
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
Missing, Wrong or Damaged Items
In case your order arrives with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, we’re here to help. Please email us at support@thevrikshara.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
For verification, we request:
- Your order number
- A complete unboxing video without edits
- Clear photos of the outer package
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Kindly note: Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.
About Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification and approval.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
